  1. Confirm Acceptance using the google link 
  2. Send in Health Information and Treatment Agreement Form
    • Print and fill out
    • Scan as PDF and email it back to us at
    • Email Subject : <Student Name> HITA
  3. Program Payment
    • Pay program fee online or send in check
  4. Get Ready for E2
    • Read through info under Accepted Students tab:
      • Check in/out times and locations
      • What to bring
      • Other info to know before E2
